Vice Chairman's Message

There is no doubt that all kinds of industries form one of the foundations on which countries evolution is based on. From the concept of building national economy that enforces this country’s position or another. Therefore we took this path.

At our Al Watania Group that includes three branches. The first branch is specialized in manufacturing and forming steel. The second branch is specialized in manufacturing steel wires. As for our third branch that is specialized in manufacturing plastic pipes and its accessories. We also took in consideration the international standards (ISO) in the production of these three branches.

Since we started the Establishment of this group in January 2003, relaying on what we have from experience and long history in industries and steel structures since 1998, we are hoping that the AL Watania Group will become one of the most important platform in the structure of Qatari society. With all what we see now a days from construction boom that we have not seen before, this means that we will be honoured to participate in what is happening in reality.

As our three factories are exceptional in manufacturing according to the international specialization (ISO), we refer this to all our efforts and exchanged German and Italian experiences that works in reality from time to time. Our wishes are to reach with our products the highest quality possible. Our ambition does not stop by providing the needs of local market and GCC market only, but also the needs of neighboring countries as well. In the near future we are hoping to reach international markets. This means that we assure our credibility in action and participation in the construction of modern societies that are aligned with what the present is offering and the century rhythm.

I am highly honoured to have an opportunity to give my message for Alwatania Group website. It has given me immense pleasure to have been associated with Alwatania Group from its very beginning, with its conceptualization, carrying out market feasibility studies, analyzing and finalizing the appropriate technology with the most modern and innovative concepts and capabilities so on and so forth.

ALwatania Group with its strong desire and commitment to make its presence felt in the technology driven industrial sector could have opted for no better an industry other than the Steel making industry, which invariably is the most sought after sector considering the acute short supply of all steel related products and the ensuing escalated costs of such products.

ALwatania Group is supported by a team of highly qualified, skilled and talented team of technical professionals from various engineering/technical sectors associated to the highly complex steel making industry. We have achieved our goal to have a Plant with the latest cutting edge technology with a view to maximize the output factor with minimum consumption requirements. Apart from our technological and market driven considerations, we as a team endeavored to follow our Company’s vision to establish itself as a pioneer in the global map of steel makers

We believe that Alwatania Group has emerged and will sustain itself as one of the most modern and efficient steel making plant in the GCC region, capable of withstanding all the market requirements and conditions. We are in the process of expanding our services and will strive to give our total commitment in whatever project we undertake.
